The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All tags and packaging must be intact.
Custom or tailored items are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
Items purchased on sale or during promotions.
Customized or altered products.
Accessories (if applicable).
4. Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed once the returned item passes our quality inspection.
Refunds can take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit.
