Returns and Exchanges Policy

1. Returns Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All tags and packaging must be intact.

Custom or tailored items are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect.



2. Timeframe for Returns:

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.



3. Non-Returnable Items:

Items purchased on sale or during promotions.

Customized or altered products.

Accessories (if applicable).



4. Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed once the returned item passes our quality inspection.

Refunds can take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit.

2. Exchanges Policy

We offer exchanges for size or color issues, subject to stock availability:

1. Eligibility for Exchanges:

The item must meet the same return conditions as above.



2. Exchange Process:

Contact us at  within 7 days of receiving your order.

Specify the item details and the size/color you’d like to exchange it for.



3. Stock Availability:

If the desired size or color is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit instead.



4. Shipping Charges for Exchanges:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning the item.

We will cover the cost of sending the exchanged item to you.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Your order number.

The reason for the return or exchange.

A photo of the item (if applicable).



2. Our team will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Share images of the defect and your order details.


3. We will replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.

5. Important Notes

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Please allow 3-5 business days for inspection after we receive your return.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
